                              (Dancer Body Fitness Programs are 4-week sessions designed for maximum results. To give you personal attention class sizes are limited so reserve your spot early)


                              Attitude
                              $299 (4 times per week)

                              $239 (3 times per week)

                              Become an ‘Attitude Chick’ with this 4-week results- oriented program that includes:

                              • Dance based strength and interval cardiovascular exercise in studio workouts 2-4  times per week.
                              • Studio work incorporates the trademarked “strengthen, lengthen and define” format for creating a dancer’s silhouette.
                              • The Dancer Body Diet and Nutrition Journal is a staple of this program and is essential for your success. 
                              • There is a complete 4-week diet program that includes a weekly plan and grocery shopping lists that are easy to follow and guaranteed to help you lose weight.


                              Bonus workouts, running clinics and Diva outings are included!

                              MWF            8:30 am
                              MWTh         4:30pm
                              MTWTh       6:00pm (2x per week, 3x per week or 4x per week options)
